We have financed the refurbishment of the old meeting centre at KoPai to tun it into a care centre for the children of the slum. The elderly brother and sister who own the land that the slum is located on have agreed to donate the land to the city of Pattaya providing it was legally agreed that the area would be designated an official slum

The most expensive part of the refurbisment was replacing the ironwork and the new roofing panel.
Essential amenities such as toilets and plumbing were required before the centre could be used.
